I used Chrome from version 13 till version 137. The reason I switched is because of the Manifest V2 drama. Barely dodged the bullet because Chrome 139 will completely get rid of Manifes V2.

Brave is barely tolerable with the group policies that disable all the bloatware like Leo AI, VPN, Wallet. They are still in the browser only dormant. You cannot even disable the Web3 bullshit or at least hide it from settings.

So no. Brave is not a good alternative to me. I might switch again soon.
