Ive been testing AI tools in business cases. I have a background in automation with python, bpa and APIs in finance.

First i started looking for people who did it in youtube and reddit. They tend to use n8n but i didnt find any impressive usecase. Like the tech is cool and impressive, on the other hand the implementations are trash.
Mostly cases are some spam automation using AI to contact clients and update them on a order in multiple platforms, which i think is just annoying and counterproductive.
Some examples i saw are dumb email automation that could be done in the past with a few lines of code or some nocode plat.

I believe that AI could excel (in theory) on the marketing side of business. On paper you can use it to produce more content without sacrificing quality. Although, the caveat is that more content wont necessarily translate into more sales. Theres a tradeoff between quality and quantity. If your business is quantity focused, i would recommend instead trying to develop brand identity or niching down.

LLM-Powered Financial Validator: Let AI validate inputs in workflows (e.g. invoice data, compliance reports)
Smart Email Copilot: Instead of blasting emails, use AI to suggest 3-5 crafted responses or follow-ups per client, per week
Auto-Generated Internal Reports: Weekly business summaries, with charts + commentary for stakeholders
Microservice for Deal Risk Evaluation: AI model ranks deals based on heuristics + NLP from past similar contracts

So i dont think going for quantity is a good strategy:
>communication quantity
You could setup some order or client journey communication that emails, give a call, sends notification, contact them on social media for each step they take but thats annoying. I dont know if some people like it, i dont.
>marketing quantity
Mass produce media so you can still in touch with your audience all the time on all platforms. I dont think volume = more sales. It may cause fatique on the audience and if you post 10x a day, you probably get flagged by algorithms nowdays.
Also AI cannot do branding, art direction and market research which are fundamental to good ad campaings.

>LLM-Powered Financial Validator
any business already have this implemented, i dont think is a top priority to teardown that java core 6 validator from 2002 and pay for some AI service that does the same.
>Smart Email Copilot
Unless you somehow steal data from the client, to know his overall preferences, AI cannot offer that much personalization.
>Auto-Generated Internal Reports
This is cool but we already have powerBI, yeah you could use AI to generate commentary... charts and summary sheets, theres no point.
>Microservice for Deal Risk Evaluation
Any business has the same version of this thing written in java or c#. Yes, it is possible to exchange for some AI version but why risk if the old one works fine?
