ma niggas i have reached the point of no return

i have a plot of land that has 3 buildings

2 houses
1 warehouse

first house will be the internet gateway 3gps down 1.5 up

second house will connect to the first and the warehouse(230 meters LOS from the first house)

warehouse is 180 meters LOS from the first and 110 from the second

i asked around in order to dug up and lay the pipes and the fiber optics they want close to 9k euros which is insane to me

is there any other RELIABLE way to connect them all?

24k
8k for the whole connection of the three buildings(included routers switches wifi bla bla) 7k for a storage server and the rest will go for a small PV farm

because if i do it my self the insurance company wont cover any damage it might happen

ok
i assume you live on an area that doesnt get fog

so
get 6(2 for each building) cable free gigabit fso
that will probably be HALF of the budge i assume like 3 to 4k all six
mounts cables alignment kits and such wont go above 300 euros
you also gonna need 1 gigabit router(for the warehouse) and 2 gigabit switches for the 2 other houses like 300-400 euros too?

since its laser and such short distance you aint gonna see any drop on speed

oh before you ask
the latency is practicly on the same level as of a fiber optic network since the distance is low

9k is nothing. Otherwise you can use mesh topologies or optical connections but the cost won't be that different

I can't help you but I'm curious, why do you want to spend $24k on connecting 3 houses with very high bitrate?
Do you plan to put like a server farm in them? Or what do you want to do with it?
Also, Anon's idea of using laser transmitters sounds cool. No idea how well it would work, but I would look into it if I were you.

i aint spending 24k to connect 3 buildings like not an autist...yet
also yes the warehouse is gonna house an epyc storage server
he>>105720210 told me about fso ok it seems more feasable really

my initial though was to build a wireless network at 10ghz and after testing it at most i saw 400mbps no matter what i tried i couldnt get it above 600 which was the minimum i wanted
