Never heard of sonic toothbrushes before. I have a rotary one but I hate the way it tickles my nose hairs, so I just use a classical toothbrush. My dentist hasn't had any complaints.

sonic is basically useless, you should only use them if you have really sensitive gums, though it would still be better to just use a soft manual toothbrush

60-80g of neutralized vinegar to improve stomach which will help the teeth. I use an oral-b a few times a week, but have floss picks I use multiple times a day. I try to floss out food after I eat and make sure I have a non-acidic drink nearby to swish around my mouth after eating or drinking. Also I oil pull a few times a week.

I seriously did this up until I was like 20 because my parents never taught me oral hygiene. I was a dumb fucking kid, I never asked myself "wtf is this white shit on my teeth I can scrap off?". Anyway, I'm 30 now and still have never been to the dentist but my teeth are kinda fucked up from doing this.

I think flossing is the number one thing you should at least do because all my cavities formed in between my teeth. Nowadays I brush and floss after every meal and only drink water. I been filling my own cavities for years now with "temp" filling shit you can buy OTC that lasts months at a time because I'm retarded and poor but it works.
