>>105732011I think the only reason to use something other than XFCE would be something like KDE Plasma if you just want all the flashy visual effects and even more customization. Or maybe something like Cinnamon if you want something that resembles Windows out of the box (but it takes like 5 minutes to change the toolbar to be like Window's, pic rel).
I was trying LXQt earlier today and I was surprised at how many dependencies I needed just for it and it felt less responsive than XFCE, the slightly less resource usage didn't seem worth it.
The mouse is good
