I just bought an Acer Aspire 3 with a ryzen 3 7320u, 8 gb soldered ddr5 ram (which sucks since it can't be upgraded buy it was cheap), and 128 gb nvme m2 ssd (which I'll have to upgrade) for €150. Even though the 8 gb probably ruins the longevity of the pc, it'll still work decent for a while and you could always install linux or even windows 10 on it for it to work for longer.
