There are methods.
You can protect yourself from most by just using a lengthy extension cord.
30 feet so far thwarts all known exploits, but things like wire gauge also affect it. Luckily the low amp rated cables are lighter and work in favor for this application so lightweight cords at shorter lengths offer better protection than thicker heavy duty cords.
