apple throttled old phones, the iphone 4 on iOS 6.1 it lasted 10 days on standby, after the last update 7.1 the battery only last 5 days at most.
and now seems they also made the phone get shittier on picking signals, so my phone is most of the day searching for signal and burns the bttery in a day. had to leave it on plane mode. as a fucking clock/mp3 player.
