Let me give you the foolproof way to upgrading anything, be it software or hardware. Ask yourself this question:
Does it do what you need it to do?

Don't upgrade

So yeah, unless windows 10 doesn't do what you need it to do, then go with 11. If it does, stay with it.

Windows 11 is so slow in everything. I just downgraded back to Windows 10 with no regrets.

I'll be honest, I never understood why people who are okay with W10 have this beef with W11.
From my experience W11 is basically just W10 except the UI is much more usable with touch input (which was nice on my old Surface Pro 7)
That being said I'm using Arch on all my shit now so maybe I'm just missing something.

the biggest problem i have with linux is just inconsistency. my install that im posting from rn "just works" unironically but a fresh install of the same distro on another drive in the same computer just doesnt... for some reason. obviously its a setting somewhere that iv changed over the 6 year life of THIS install, but that is unhelpful.
