I made $180,000 a year back in 2019 silicon Valley and it was straight up poverty. I had to share an apartment and I could barely survive. Literally making only 60,000 in Europe was better. Can't image how bad it is in 2025 with inflation. 10m while still rich isn't that much in silicon Valley. They probably can't even live in the good neighborhood with that income, which is insane.
