I don't think they care what other people think about their keyboard. A windows key is just out of place on a Linux desktop. In Linux it's classified as the super key.
Personally I like to get mac keyboards. The command key works just the same and it's better used as a modifier for OS keybinds. And it doesn't have any gay branding.
