AI needs a programmer to tell it what to do. Of course a layman can ask AI to make a program, but what will happen when he faces issues? Will he ask the AI again? What if the AI can't fix the problem?
Here's where the programmer comes in. You need programmers to program, just like you need doctors to do medical work. I can google search my depression sure, but will citalopram make things better? Who am I to know?
