the traffic for this website has collapsed this month, lots of people learned 4chan sucks and got a detox when it was down recently, when they finally came back much later they found it to be a worse place so they never returned again

I've been back the last few days for the first time since the hack, and yeah, it's been a very disappointing experience.
For example, I've already copped a ban, this time for hurting jew fee-fees. I've seen posts disappear in realtime when the subject of troons came up. Rest assured, the demographics of the staff revealed by the hack are perfectly accurate.

I too got my first ban in two years, on /g/ of all places, proving that mods do not check post history or context.
My reply was merely an insult towards the obvious trolls and it contained factual info.
Been banned for "trolling outside of /b/", which is certainly a problem in general, but their solution is just to ban everyone, assuming it's the spammers evading bans. The result? That slow general is not entirely dead, only posts are the spammers occasionally baiting more.
Why would you reply in a thread where your random, unearned ban chance is massive? Just so you can get instantly banned across the website because your ban history now permanently has the untruth that you are a spammer and the instruction to not lift bans?

can confirm this too, got my first ban in the first week after the site came back, on /g/. subsequent bans were also on /g/, mostly for "trolling outside of /b/" as well. I vividly remember the second one being for saying "freetard" lmao, moderation here absolutely got worse after the hack. the shilling threads multiplied, and spam is allowed to stay up for longer.
there was also that dogshit failed ARG that stayed up for days, getting bumped by the OP and linked on other threads without being removed for spam. that was definitely a janny's failed pet project though, no way it would've been left up for so long otherwise.
