If you want to enter easily on backend Java is more difficult than Go but there's more demand. You should learn Springboot in that case.

Frontend is easier, learn React with Typescript and you're good. Reading React tutorial is good enough.

In backend your best option is Java with Springboot. You'll have a lot more options. With Go you might find something but it's more of a niche and there's no established backend framework. I think Gin is still the most popular. Regardless if you want to invest in frontend or not you should still read React tutorial. It's not very long. Takes a week to read in slow pace.

Here's a bitter pill. You can't just be a front end anymore. If you want to be competitive you need to be an all rounder, or be a front end + a relatable major skill.

I'd go with learn cloud skills, and *nix administration at a very deep SME level. There's a billion jeets who can use LLM to generate the needful, and you are not going to compete with them on price, but the same people can't even figure out how to do any infrastructure/operational task that deviates even slightly from a pipeline.
