>"We continue to implement organizational and workforce changes that are necessary to position the company and teams for success in a dynamic marketplace," a Microsoft spokesperson told Windows Central earlier today, while refraining to add further context.

>The figure represents around 4% of Microsoft's total global workforce, and has hit every department within the company.

>Microsoft's gaming operation isn't bearing the brunt of the layoffs this time around, but many of Xbox's operations in Europe, including King (Candy Crush) and ZeniMax (Fallout) have seen reductions.

time to learn to wrench lads

gotta make room for those jeets who will live 22 room shitters to a 1 bedroom apartment and only demand a place to do the needful for pay.
it's time to start state sanctioned executions of officers of any american company that hires h1b's in lieu of white american men.

Got laid off from MSFT in 2024, rehired as external staff at an uberjeet tier company. Can confirm most of my old team got replaced with h1b
even if I got offered a FTE role I might not take it, they're laying off every white person they can

At what point does American governmental leadership acknowledge that their tech giants are being literally stolen by India? This is a serious crisis and concern.

stolen by india implies that this is a deliberate act by the indian government; this is corporate greed from CEOs and the indians jumping at the chance to take it

They're very well aware. They want more of it. You didn't think leadership is actually beholden to the people, did you?

No it means Indians are literally stealing our tech giants, like they are currently relocating as much of the HQ and critical IP as possible to India itself now

Hmm. Maybe if they actually look in the right direction. In their own backyard. Maybe they'll see the answer.

they aren't physically moving that infrastructure hidden in their pockets are they? somebody at the top level of all these tech giants explicitly signed off on what's happening, knowing what it will cause, and didn't care

Lol lmao.

Same tech companies that begged for an AI regulation moratorium and lost 99-1 on senate.

Same companies begging for fair use on AI training destroying copyrights of American companies.

China and India are two sides of the same coin, the difference is that China loots the world in ways outside of the tech industry, like how they single handedly destroyed the fishing industry of east Africa and forced Somalis to become pirates.

what they really mean is
>we're cutting every corner we can to squeeze every last drop of profit out of our shit at the expense of everything else
I really hate corporate bullshit speech like in the OP. sugar coating doesnt even begin to describe it.
