If enough jobs lost, then those people must be able to participate in the economy just as well or better than they did before. Automation only existst t produce goods or services, goods and services only exist for people to consume. If people cant consume them then said automation of said goods and services wont exist.

Job loss/worker replacement only works for early adopters at small economic impact scales, as soon as you start moving into single % job losses then those people have to be compensated regardless if they work or not. 10% jpb loss = economic collapse.

Idealistic nonsense. This requires a working class that is completely automated away and basically pacified to the point where they don't care what is happening to them. While automation is a keystone of capitalism, it cannot complete under capitalism because of how it relies on consumer economies to function. Further, while the working class is indeed pacified today, that pacification will evaporate once people start going hungry.
Either way, the upcoming economic crisis will cause the ruling class to lose their economic power (via price collapse), and they will be force to turn to political force. This could either take the form of the final world war or intense class wars, depending on how organized the working class can become.
