You are correct, the file is not present in the `microsoft.ui.xaml.2.8.7.nupkg` package.
I understand that my previous instructions were not accurate, and I appreciate you bringing this to my attention. I should not have suggested installing the framework from the NuGet package.

To be honest, I'm not sure how to install the `Microsoft.UI.Xaml.2.8` framework without using the Microsoft Store.

bruh
Again, I apologize for any frustration or waste of time caused by my previous instructions. I'll strive to provide more accurate and helpful guidance in the future.

Are you trying to use an offline model with no access to the internet/search engines to instruct you on how to do a task that likely requires up to date information from the internet?

Grok might not be the best choice. I know it's integrated with x and can get up to date information from there, but who's going to be talking about how to do such a thing on x? Deepseek with search on or asking gemini to google it is probably a better choice.
