When I study research papers in AI, there are many programmers from India and China working at a very high level. I do not care if software is made by someone of any race, religion, or gender as skill is more important when it comes to development. Pretty much all software made after 2010 is most likely a jeetware. Every software made after 2015-2016 is almost guaranteed to be made by H1B shitskins, unless proven otherwise. Thats why I still use Windows 7.
