How good does a second masters degree look on a resume? My work pays for my second masters and I'm debating continuing the degree, because it eats up so much time, but I'm halfway through it.

Current MS is in electrical engineering and wireless comms. Second masters is in CS with a bit of focus on development and AI.

Unless you're very specifically trying to emigrate to Germany, it's not likely to make or break any given job. Actually unless you're still in your 20s your education doesn't really matter on your resume at all since your work experience should completely dominate. My work is also paying for a masters degree but if I already had one there's no fucking way I would be spending the time on it.

just means you can study, doesn't mean you can do good work

I'd also stay away from anything AI related as if in case that doesn't pan out you will just look like a trend hopper

just do projects/network and learn on your own, much better use of time
