People here should legit just try one.
I have the cheapest m1 MacBook Air and it is so incredible as an overall package. Battery life, silence, heat, trackpad and build quality are all downright exceptional. Speakers, performance and screen are great.
Then there are lots of little things which are just nice e.g. it has free apple version of Microsoft office built in, continuity with iPhone, usb C charging, availability of hard cases/skins since so common, the Mac UI and screen aspect ratio gives lots of real estate etc.
Pace yourself, Arjun. You're becoming a problem.
