Because this "war" is not being fought in real life, it's being fought on spreadsheets, maps, and media. Russia could level that entire "country" in a week if it was actually "allowed" to.

it's the equivalent of the S. Korea N. Korea DMZ. Blaring loud speakers at each other. It's entirely economic and cultural and a testing bed for such.

Do you really believe that Russia has as many atomic bombs as they claim. I have some doubts about that
