It's Silverblue with a bunch of random bloatware preinstalled. Just install base Silverblue and layer Distrobox.

Bluefin is another spin from Universal Blue, oriented towards developers. tldr its Fedora with a lot of addons.

If its value proposition makes sense to you, I'd also check out the Nix ecosystem. Both universalblue and Nix are riddled with groomers (universal blue distro bazzite advertises genderfluidity to kids) so pick whichever is best for you.
