It's a good thing that this shitty Asus Chromebook has a 1920x1080 IPS display and it's only slightly more expensive!

You get what you pay for!

My favorite sales are the ones where you have to pay a yearly fee to gain access to them. Especially when the unlocked sale prices are still 80% higher than they should be.

I picked up a Samsung 9100 2 TB for $188 (normally $300, but bad value over $250) with a Thermalright H10 Pro for $9 (normally $13). I'm happy with ~$65 savings, even though people will whine that it's a lot less than the $125 Amazon claims I'm saving.

Nuttin cause I don't need nuttin. I don't understand this philosophy. My boss was telling me how he got a coffee maker with points on his credit card. I asked if he uses it, he has not opened it. I'd be grateful if the sale was happening when I needed something, but finding an excuse to spend money seems odd to me. If it's to replace something, usually I do that when the thing breaks or is literally run into the ground.

Also literally this. Amazon would be awesome if it was only brand name items with good discounts but the top items are flooded with garbage AliExpress item migrants with a double markup. Same phone case on AliExpress for $3 is $10.99 on Amazon. If you want something semi specific that isn't covered by a massive brand name (i.e. OXO cooking utensils, usually the Chinese brands are pushed down the list) it's almost all Chinese brand. Screwdriver set? Wera, Klein Tools? Nah. Here's your TOPXSTAR 10pc Screwdriver Set Great Quality 100% Customer Approved. Then the real brands don't even sell on Amazon and you have to buy it from them for a higher price and expensive shipping.

Remember to consume 400% more e-waste as usual. When it breaks throw it in a blender to increase the amount of microplastics in the environment and just dump them in rivers. But you can put batteries directly into the ocean.

I have a phone, I don't need an echo which is just a phone that's immovable and plugged into the wall
I don't need a botnet camera
I have a Boox, kindle is Garbo
Tablets are just a bigger phone
My skin needs are served with a giant cheap tub of shea.
All of it is just ehh, why is this necessary?

This is why I stopped using amazon, why should I use it if I can’t actually get the things I want and instead I’m inundated with nothing but non-brand low tier products?
If I’m looking for generic USB adapters or whatever simple, borderline disposable products, im looking at aliexpress already because it’s 10 times cheaper and they won’t send me a used/returned item sold as new.
For most of my hobbies if I need to buy something I end up at a speciality website anyway, computer stuff is from Newegg, bike stuff is from jensonUSA, tools are me physically driving to a harbor freight store.

nothing
stuff is either barely any cheaper, or the price was increased 1 week before the sale began as always
it's been like this for at least 5 years, there are pretty much no good deals with these retarded sales anymore, plus the chance of something you actually need getting discounted is insanely small in the first place
it's all jewish marketing, stop falling for this shit, do you need it? buy it
you don't need it? don't buy it
"i must buy this product I didn't originally plan to buy because it's much cheaper than usual" is brainlet consumer mentality

Why the fuck won’t Nvidia Shield Pro ever go on sale?
Anonymous No.105853505 [Report] >>105854193
>>105850622
no.
I'll recap it for you:
-very loud, way louder than a proper air conditioner (the compressor is indoors duh)
-very inefficient (the machine is throwing 500+ watts of heat in the same room it's trying to cool, plus you won't ever get a proper seal and the hot air from outside will attempt to go back inside even through the smallest gaps because of convection, which brings us to the next point
-more expensive in the long run.
if you only need it for a few days every year, and you cannot install a proper air conditioner for whatever reason then it might make sense but if you can install a regular air conditioner, there's rarely a reason to bother with these things.
