why is technology still so shit when it comes to transhumanism? who the fuck gives a shit about robots? in a sedentary world full of forever chemicals everywhere we need it more than ever. I don't give a shit about a robot that's a glorified search engine or bipedal robot, I want to have a search engine inside my head and superhuman legs powered by technology

surely it would be easier to achieve immortality by turning people into cyborgs or straight up robots

Best we can do is graft an LCD and a whole live battery onto the back of your hand.

Same reason even transplanting organs is still really difficult. The human body doesn't like foreign stuff in it, and the only way we know how to make it accept it is to turn off the immune system.

The body doesn't attack implanted titanium hips not ceramic teeth.

compatibility is very hard and nobody has figured out how to power an implant with biological energy sources

Both of those have the common trait that they are extremely non reactive chemically and the body isn't capable of replacing them in the first place.

Start messing with a system that actively repairs itself and you start to get rejections, even a piercing can be rejected

The human body can live for several decades with zero repairs while a brand new computer is lucky to last 5 years. Do you really want a computer inside you? Mechanical parts also break all the time, I bet you'd need a brand new body every 5 years too. Trannyhumanists just can't compete with my divine flesh.

And this will never be solved. No matter how advanced you make your electronics or how complicated you make your mechanical parts, they'll follow the same lifetime laws we had decades ago. They're just dead metal and circuit slowly decaying to entropy and fatigue, unlike my human body that constantly defies entropy with its will to live. This is why trannyhumanist is a death cult.

all technology will stall unless its digital because investors are addicted to 1 and 0s that are lower cost and higher margins.
if ai doesnt pan out expect the a long period of stagnation for this century.
