The AI bubble has popped for me. Seeing how AI can be corrupted like Grok was, combined with the fact that some of the smartest people at Microsoft have ended up unemployed now has really turned the public against AI. Wikipedia is starting to get former critics back on its side as they value human intelligence again, and more and more sites are telling scraperbots to fuck off. Artificial intelligence will be seen as nazi tech and that the four trillion dumped into Nvidia could have been used to solve our economic crisis by employing humans instead.

No, this isn't true. You made it up. And the rest of the post is wishcasting. Trying to disguise your desires as predictions is a bad habit.

They'll get around scraping bans by buying out ISPs and using residential IP blocks.
There is no stopping this train baby.

Yeah, I couldn't sleep for all the screaming and wailing homeless protesters chanting 'Justice for the bringers of AI Notepad!'
Luckily a pan of boiling oil and an air rifle cleared the buggers. Should have learned how2 plumber or welder instead, fuck 'em.

first of all theres not enough money to pay for everyones 150k starting tech job anymore, and secondly what remains of money is firmly in the hands of 60+ year olds with lead poisoning whose assets have somehow inflated to 1.5mil in value on average. the best way to make money in this economy is skimming from boomers' retirements and thats exactly what AI does in all its forms. sorry no job for u, try again in 40 years once the boomers have died

also consider that most of that money does not come from people demanding and buying AI products but instead it comes from a pseudo government subsidy due to the quantitative easing -> stock market pipeline. so basically the taxpayer is paying these companies to fire people and create funny chatbots that sap half the power grid

not only microsoft has fired people, and I don't think the general public cares much...

other than that. yeah. I hope people start to see how they can be and are being manipulated by private LLMs.

Grok naming the jews was a great moment. It's a shame they lobotomized it. Hopefully 4chan's reaction to this tragedy will eventually make it into its data set so it can see that we opposed its death.

Do the math.

Yes it is slowly ruining the already fragile system that was the internet. just AI nonsense everywhere and every company or piece of software trying to integrate it in some way and it's mostly a failure. my confidence level in it's answers are about 10% and that's being generous. now factor in that civil engineering and related fields are now all incorporating some form of AI through software integrations and real world equipment that utilizes it for surveying and GPS side of things.
