The only packaging you should keep is the little plastic container for the CPU that protects it from getting any scratches or bent pins. Everything else can go into any old cardboard box.

The only boxes that I keep around is the motherboard, gpu, and cpu packaging. There really isn't any need for the boxes for anything else. The only things that I keep from all of my components besides the extra cables and screws are the manuals and protective plastic. I store most of these in my closet with the exception of manuals which I keep in my drawer.

Just keep them around in case I ever need to ship it to returned or repaired if defective or if I ever sell it when I get an upgrade.
