anyone ever wonder why they make sardines with seed oil instead of olive oil when the latter is undisputedly the pinnacle of nutrition and cuisine and the former was born when capitalist tried to find a way to get rid of tons of sunflower seed leftovers

At best it's rapeseed oil from turkey with dye. At worst its some rando hydraulic oil. There was/is big counterfeiting scandal in italy where local mob sold absolute dogshit to supermarkets.

They just sell "olive oil" with 30% rapeseed and 30% sunflower. I lost weight and got rid of hypertension by switching to butter.
