NTA but email is inherently insecure. Email protocols were designed before the time when security was any concern. All your emails are stored and sent in unencrypted plaintext and there's nothing stopping your email provider or any middleman from just looking at them.

This is boomer fud. No email server in current year will even accept unencrypted connections. Transport is encrypted so the only one reading your mails is you and your mail provider.
