How do I make a pendrive with Windows 10? I've stopped lying to myself, Linux is shit

On Linux, this is as easy as installing an efi bootloader and a Linux filesystem.

Then why can't windows do this? Why does windows still ship installer ISOs that require El Torito hacks or a utility to even boot on a thumb drive?

I wonder where this need of angry Linux newbies comes from to signal to others how fucking insightful they're after trying Linux Mint for half a year or something.
