>March, switch from Win10 to Mint because I want a stable distro and don't care much about customization and DIY features
>two months later switch to EndeavorOS because when trying to mod games I'm hampered by older version of various packages
>two month of EndeavorOS and I decide to switch to NobaraOS because I want a more stable gaming distro
>see Brave browser on Nobara, try to uninstall it, realize I'd have to get used to new CLI commands for package managing
>immediately go to Arch (because I might as well go full autist instead of half way with Endeavor)
>not even a full month later find out about BazziteOS and how its immutable distro dedicated to gaming
>"maybe i should give it a go..."
>"maybe i should install gnome version while at it to see how that DE works"
>can see myself doing this again with some other distro in month or two

WHEN DOES IT STOP?!?!?!

Stop fucking distrohopping you moron. Any, ANY of your choices would've been perfectly fine to commit to for years. Are your parents fucking divorced or something?

freetards switch distros every month for years then commit to the only one that doesn't kernel panic on their used thinkpad like a woman who rides the cock carousel until her grip is as loose as an arcade claw machine and settles for a balding simp with a good credit score

it stops the moment you realise, that the only difference between all those distros is a package manager, how old and stable the packages are, and default themes. everyone does distrohopping mental gymnastics at certain point of time. you either stop or you will end-up going back to windows because of burnout - that's just how it works.

arch is the halfway point, gentoo is the end.
>WHEN DOES IT STOP?!?!?!
until you test everything, like I did. only after that you will have nothing new to try or test

Nigger you clearly have too much free time. Regular people just install either Debian or Ubuntu and move on with their life.

I tried Mint but it shat itself when I booted a game while having 2 monitors. Screens went black and then bunch of white squares and the whole system froze.
I though I solved this by switching to Arch and using Wayland, but yesterday it shat itself again.
Both times I had to button reset the system to get it to unclog.

Wayland is fucked with multiple monitors.

And no, they're not going to fix it.

Mint isn't wayland afaik?
And I'd have problem on x11 when playing a game on fps bellow my refresh rate where the game would begin stuttering like there's a fps drop yet goverlay will say my fps is stable. Freesync on AMD gpu enabled.
Basically, once I added a monitor linux began shittnig itself.
