Why do so many severely autistic programmers have a god complex?
>>105902807 (OP)>>thinks he's tech-jesusproof? otherwise it sounds like you have an inferiority complex.
>Make one ONE (1) uno mediocre platformer back in the boomer days
>completely lose the plot and devolve into insanity
Why is this so fucking common with indie devs that make one game that sells well?
>>105903423a lot of people who strike gold with success end up thinking they are incapable of being wrong about anything, ever. ol' jonny boy is definitely above average as a game dev (he has actually shipped 2 whole products) but he hasnt had a real reality check, ever. and even if he eventually runs out of money for his new indie game, he's not gonna think his obsession at reinventing every wheel is the core cause of why it didnt work out
>>105902807 (OP)>I am a trannie and I must screech>I am a jeet and I must pooCan you not at least wait for a thread to seethe in?
One of the big differences I've noticed between 4chan discourse and Twitter discourse is that 4chan discourse is driven largely by inferiority complexes. "He thinks he's hot shit but he's not," "anybody who bought [expensive thing] is retarded", threads of this nature are almost 4chan's bread and butter nowadays. Twitter, by rewarding the best posters with clout and visibility, tends naturally toward a kind of respect for excellence and a tolerance for big egos. The "ankle-biter" type gets blocked and ignored. That's important, because this group is large in number—these unwashed masses are so worthless in themselves that any system at all for filtering by quality will mostly remove them from view, but they do actually make up a large % of the total population of any website.
The obvious visible presence of this usually-ignored mass of mediocrities, who might rightly be called a basket of deplorables or an internet hate machine, is one of 4chan's defining features, and obviously the worst part of posting here. Blackpilling, coalposting, snarling bitter depressives. Like the "friend" who starts trying to poison you whenever you do something worthwhile. "You're just a stupid faggot like me, who do you think you are? You're going to fail lol"
But maybe it's good to post here and learn that people are like this. As I said, this miserable type is everywhere. On Instagram, you don't have to encounter them. In real life and on 4chan, you do.
He might be delusional or egotistical but at least he's trying to do something about it instead of just complaining about shit all day. He saw a problem and tried to make a solution.
