What's the best budget monitor?

I'm considering the Acer sa222q or the MSI MP251
Both 1080p, both 100hz, the main difference as far as I could tell are the screen size.

If 1080p, you'll want
>IPS
>120hz+
>24" or less
>gsync/freesync
Anything that doesn't match is already no good unless you're just looking for a secondary.

If you're on a budget, just see what's on Facebook Marketplace.
Monitors are like how TVs were ten years ago - there's always someone just trying to get rid of theirs.
1080p stuff probably goes for free or like $20.
I'm not bothering to look up what mine are, but I have two 4k 60hz monitors ~27-30" idk, that were $50 each. MSRP they're like $250. Some guy just needed to get rid of them.
