You can teach an Indian to code better. That's why it can hypothetically work if you're only hiring 95th percentilers and adding them to an existing team to be coached.

The massive doompill mistake they're doing is letting Indians take over everything, leadership and management and tech leads in engineering. This means they dictate the standards and culture. And guess what? Their standards are INDIAN. Rushed, garbage slop everywhere, and tediousness for tediousness' sake because they have no intuitive understanding of efficiency like a white or east asian man.
