EasyDNS is pretty great. They're pricey but the guy running it is a free speech absolutist and they were early on the DNSSec thing.

I like Namecheap. They have been pretty level headed for as long as I've been in the industry. but then again I'm not a pornographer or other type of evil, so ymmv.
