why is firefox slower than chrome?
>same machine
>same history and cookies
>same extension but fewer
>same internet speed
>same webpages
chrome loads evenly and there are always pop ups with firefox. aso, often images are loaded blurry and when you scroll onto them after a second they become clear

i dumped chrome becuase of adblock bullshit, but this is even worse i feel

They feel about as fast to me. Even if they aren't, the difference feels minimal. Maybe look into Fastfox or something similar and do some tinkering until it feels faster, I don't know.

Because we desperately need the Eichenreich. Total trannyfox death LITERALLY can't come any sooner.

>"He served as the Mozilla Corporation's chief technical officer before he was appointed chief executive officer, but resigned shortly after his appointment due to pressure over his opposition to same-sex marriage.[2] He subsequently became the cofounder and CEO of Brave Software."

i open facebook on both, they load the page in about the same time, but while on chrome every picture is loaded, on firefox it is first grey with some vague description in the top part of it
sometihng like
>image may contain one or more people
then after that it load up blurry and after a second or two it finally loads it up fully. is there some AI option built in that does this or what is it?

on chrome i have same extension + a dozen or so more and no issues. anyway since it is a different browser and it may behave differenty i disabled all of them and firefox still does it

if there is a post with text and attached picture, for example
"Record high temperatures this week" with a picture of forecast, before it fully loads picture will be grey/blue with that text on top of it

Everything is optimized for chromium while Firefox is an afterthought.
