I'll probably still be using my original G502 ten years from now. Haven't even had to replace any switches yet.

OG G603 (not the shit modern one) I got for free at work because it was double clicking. Changed the switches, changed the wheel, cleaned it (it's all hard plastic, no rubber surfaces). It's served me for around 2 years now and hopefully will for another couple years. Absolutely love the fact that it can run for ages off a single AA battery and has both 2.4GHz and BT

The newer wireless is is plastic for the weight savings. And pants in comparison.

I put all the weights in mine and it feels great, I wish more mouses had the option to make it heavier.
Sadly the trendy thing right now is trying to be as light as possible to accommodate limp wristed faggots

yeah its been done forever, you can use HIDUSBF on windows or a kernel patch on linux, 1khz should be easy to reach on every WMO 1.1a, with the right model (x80) and usb controller you could theoretically reach 8khz, i can get between 2-4khz on windows with a cheap pcie usb card

$10. Tbqh, this is pretty good for me. The only upgrade I'd wish would be maybe a wireless qi charging so I could charge with a qi mousepad or just put the mouse on a qi pad for wireless charging. But thats just a luxury. For $10, this is pretty good. 1 year of using it

deathadder v3 wired
scroll wheel is a bit jank but I otherwise like it lots

I usually pick out mice at my local bestbuy and exchange if it's ashit
then get a warranty and b4 it runs out claim it double-clicks or w/e if something isn't wrong with it already
which is like a free $30-140 toward a new mouse depending on which one felt nice
otherwise home repair for actual double-clicking isn't too bad if you own a little set of screwdrivers
