gimp isnt exactly designed for that, but you indeed can draw in gimp

GIMP isn't the only one that is retarded.
Oh yeah, GIMP is soooo bad, just use Krita man, it's so much better.
1) the brush settings window is fucking aids
2) the toolbars are fucking aids, and inflexible, NOR can you customize the brush tools bar
You can't even add your own toolbars, which would be extremely useful for such a complex program
3) the animation tools are ass
4) it's crashy as FUCK if you do anything even remotely complex, especially animation wise
5) You cannot animate with vectors
The devs took this as "you have to have a full rigging system in Krita", not "why can't we manipulate vector layers like we can raster layers in animations?" then ran with it, causing a whole pointless fucking argument on their tracker
6) Their default settings for many things are just plain retarded. ESPECIALLY Brush Spacing. The simple Auto spacing enabled for most brushes is ASS, SO FUCKING TERRIBLE, whoever wrote the code for it should be punched.
7) complete and utter lack of filters, there's programs nearly as old as me, nearly 40, that had more fucking filters than Krita does!
8) WHY CAN'T I SEE MY FUCKING BRUSH IF IT IS SUB-PIXEL SIZES?! WHY DO I NEED TO ZOOM IN OR RESIZE THE DAMN BRUSH TO SEE IT? CHANGE THE COLOR OF THE BRUSH IF IT IS SUB-PIXEL, HOLY SHIT YOU FUCKING RETARDS EAT A BULLET

But damn, I'd still rather use it over GIMP any day.
GIMP couldn't even open 40 odd PNGs without being a fucking sperg, and stealing focus every damn time it opened a PNG via some shit external library because they are too goddamn retarded to add internal support, so added it in the most convoluted, most anti-user way possible with an obnoxious window-stealing progress bar.
This single incident made me rage-delete GIMP instantly. They couldn't pay me to ever use GIMP again.

Photoshop has shit tier confusing menus. Everything is in wrong place and weird. If you click one thing, there is million things and nothing has logical names or tool tips. Even the most basic thing you try to do is impossible because Photoshop is so bad. GIMP has everything in a simple way, in right places, extremely logical to use, nice menus etc. People using Photoshop are retarded baby ducks using it under social pressure because they are slavecucks.
