I like cdemu. there's a kf6 frontend that also adds a right-click mount option for dolphin

Windows 10 only allows mounting ISO images. OP thing and alternatives allow mounting other formats like cue/bin, mdf/mds. They're also emulating cdrom instead of just mounting so you can fool some cdrom drm protections.
