lol no, they're so expensive, like 2-3x the price of similar spec thinkpad.
I used Toughbooks for years but finally gave up because prices these days are not worth it. You have to shell $400-500 for e-waste tier one.

I got my hands on a £4000 laptop like this brand new, opened the bios and there was like 3 options. Amazing how shit that is, even some weebpad from 2009 has more options and customizations in it.
