>>105974853It's a little different when that is in a city itself and isn't just a stop on the highway, which is what that picture is. When I was in the US, you could be in the middle of nowhere on a highway and there would just be this mass of places like that pic in the middle of nowhere, it was bizarre. I even found some place that was just a large building between the directions of traffic and the inside was just a giant food court of all the main chains.
The other weird thing is casinos, they seem to exist alone on some highways with nothing around them, not even houses. I came across a massive one when I was in Nevada and it was at least an hour in every direction away from any other signs of life, eve a fuel station. The US is a really weird place compared to here in that way.
