Why is Firefox slightly more zoomed out on Linux? (top is windows, bottom is linux)

For whatever reason increasing my font size then decreasing it back to what it was before fixes the zoom. It doesn't last between logouts though, which is unfortunate.

Nvm, I turned on Custom DPI Scaling and it fixed it.

Windows has wrong DPI while Linux respects the correct DPI. Same with font rendering. Windows has bugged shit font rendering but people are confused when they use Linux and see the correct quality font rendering.
