>imagine using a wackbook in the YOTLD

Macs are fucking pathetic. And mac users are usually so endogamic they don't realize how overpriced and underpowered their computers are.
We have them at work, and the kind of expectations mac-only users have on what $2k computers are supposed to be capable of and what they aren't is unbelievable. What a bunch of domesticated cattle.
>>105978010 (OP)The real problem is not that Apple sucks, the real problem is that all other brands started doing the same.
>>105978258>We have them at workomg! that's so rare, I don't think anybody else has ever used or supported a mac before. Please tell us all what it's really like!
>>105978010 (OP)This is why I bought a hub monitor. Peripherals go to the monitor, and when switching input, peripherals switch. Need a 2nd monitor ? Daisy chain off the first.
>>105978010 (OP)>>105978036We have mac's at work and this happens all the time
>Ethernet so I can VLAN using a switch and my pozzed Mac can be used with no wifi (avoid the corpo-ware from scanning my home network)>USB A keyboard>USB A mouse>USB headphones>USB C camera>HDMI>VGA for 2nd monitor>anything elseI use 2 UGreen adapters
My new Mac Mini has 0 classic USB ports, it's 2 USB-C and 3 lightning bolts, so I guess I'll slowly migrate to those while using a splitter for my USB A devices
I read that USB-C and lightning bolt ports are generally compatible?
>>105978010 (OP)this is more indicate of a problem with the person than the macbook. If you need these many ports, buy a machine with those ports instead of a laptop known for slimming down. It's just so silly to get a macbook instead of a mac mini just to connect a keyboard, mouse, and display.
>>105978228I already have one. Maybe you shouldn't have tipped Dr. Goldberstein when you were born.
