Also, to answer your question, BlockTube has a "disable autogenerated playlists" option. But it only hides the ones you see on your homepage, when you click on a song it might still give you the playlist version.

And, to further elaborate, maybe Unhook or some similar extension has a better option, but I haven't tried it. The playlist thing hasn't been enough of a nuisance for me so far to really try to nuke it.
