Unless it has a HIPS heuristics firewall on top of a network one, it's not a secure OS. How are you going to know if an app is trying to create a temporary file or execute a script or trying to hook into your keyboard or inject itself into a another process and deny it real time?

I don't need to do it in real time. It uses flatpak sandboxing and wayland. Not optimal but it's better than most desktop linux.

It's at very least better than macos, windows and most other desktop linux except maybe Qubes

QubesOS is the only distribution worth using for security. You cannot replicate its efficacy without copying what it does. You're negligent at best and retarded at worst if you're using something else.

Maybe a retarded comparison but why not just use tails? I hear QubesOS is good to but never tried.

If you are running Tails and open a malicious link it could install malware and get full access. If I do the same thing on Qubes Firefox is running in an isolated instance and they can't touch any of my other stuff. Qubes essentially allows you to get hacked safely while keeping other stuff offline.
