I bought this nigger because it's supposed to prevent wrist pain specially for people with big hands like me but it makes my wrist and pinky finger hurt like crazy after an hour or two. This didn't happen with my defunct G203.
What's the alternative?

It's for big hands not caveman hands so I'm guessing all your hand's weight is resting on your pinky making your wrist hurt too
>alternative
i think one from redragon is for absurdly large hands

Took me a week to get used to mine.
The way you grip and use it is obviously different from a more conventional mouse.
Don't have any other advice, sorry.

Try a better mousepad. I have a anker model that I now love and dont know if I can go back to a regular mouse. It takes a little time to get used to, but its definitely better than a regular mouse on for long use.

I didn't know they also made mice but my experience with their dildos does support the claim they made stuff for people with large... things.

Buy a keyboard with a trackpoint. Trackpoints dont fuck your wrist and you dont have to move your hand away from your keyboards home row like you would with a mouse or trackball. I only plug in my mouse the rare time I want to play an FPS.

what you want actually is a better desk setup. you want a chair with arms that you can always control the mouse from. you want your fingers to be lightly draping over the mouse. the arm rests need to be able to be positioned to facilitate this. whats more the desk height needs to be correct. if you're just free balling your mouse grip you will develop wrist pain. it's hard to come across chairs with properly designed arms. steelcase leap v2 is the only one ive found the arms are about perfect but i hate the chair otherwise. good luck

Use your left hand too
Get an ambidextrous mouse and switch off

It's a total meme because you're still doing the same movements. Get a finger ball mouse.

the weight should be in your forearms, try gripping higher, or ur hands might just be too big for it

with vertical mouse, the fulcrum switches from wrists to elbow. if you're moving your wrist with vertical mouse you are doing it wrong and probably don't have enough desk space in the first place
