People hate AI because when they see AI content they think its either from some fully automated contentfarm slopshop that posts 5 same videos per day, or it was made by someone lazy trying to larp as someone talented and passionate.

And outside of AI online content they hate AI because once they don't want future in 30 or so years where BigTech automates all the jobs except grunt manual labor (skilled manual labor will also be done by expensive robots).
