clarif:
you have element a, element b and element c
how many different configurations will you have given that your list is 3 elements long

and now do the same but with 20 elements
sepples community:
>i know how to fix it. lets add even MORE moving parts to the language, it surely is gonna simplify it
the abstractions end up being less maintenance-friendly than writing the whole thing in C

>gregarity argument
yuck. normally id call you a developmental retard and leave things at that
but for arguments sake:

its simple
being a retard is a relative term
one is not a retard in a vacuum
one is a retard compared to someone else
and that someone else is a smart person
thats the definition of a retard
but lets examine the definition of being smart-
that means to be above average, intellectually
this means there will always be less smart people than retards. its self evident.

you want another example of complete retardation?
picrel. also used to be hip in its times

boost is an unintentional black pill because at this point you've invested ridiculous time in c++ only to have another load thrown on top. "the beatings will continue until morale improves"

it isn't too bad if you stick with header-only libs (which is most of them)

You need docs because it looks like garbage and it hase no comments. .NET libraries are mostly intuitive and have comments and civilized error messages. I like C++ but most the code standards are horrible in 99% of the C++ codebases.

Asio is too good they made a non boost version. Other than that I do actually like boost but itโ€™s one million microdependencies, so you need something like vcpkg to use it easily.

Every C++ codebase has a different code standard.
