That image is shit and inconsistent.
For starters, pop!_OS and Mint are based on Ubuntu LTS releases, but they only write Ubuntu, then say Elementary OS is based on Ubuntu LTS and then just say Mint is based on Ubuntu. It shows they just googled it.
Fedora is an upstream project.
A Fedora version gets selected and becomes a CentOS Stream build, then it becomes into an RHEL build.
Fedora > CentOS Stream > RHEL

Also, the DIY is retarded and inconsistent.
