Kind of regret buying a Pixel 9 Pro for GrapheneOS. I thought Android had moved forward but it's completely inferior to iOS. They didn't copy anything. There's no understanding of dwim, and just present info for me to interact with it correctly. In iOS you get "rain in 40min" on your lockscreen, everything makes sense. You get a battery indicator for your headphones. The Apple Calendar is possibly their secret killer app, Google Calendar is a piece of shit and there are no good FOSS calendars. However, it is very nice to have a tiny computer that I can do whatever I want on it, but I rather just do that on my Linux PC anyway. So it's like having a Steam Deck, cool but I don't want to main it. The universal back gesture is great, but there's few universalisms, and just gesturing to home or other apps doesn't work well, and the thumb unlock works 1/20 times. It's cool otherwise.
