I started learning C, C++, HTML, CSS, and JS in college. I’ve been improving my skills on my own as well. However, I see that the job market for web development is terrible, so I’m thinking of shifting my focus to low-level languages. Should I start learning Rust?

If all you care about is jobs then focus on C/C++. They have much bigger job market.
You can pick up Rust later as you get good at these two.
